Absolute Support was founded in Brooklyn, New York, in 1997 with one clear purpose: to make high-quality medical compression more affordable for the people who need it every day.
For more than 25 years, we have focused on compression socks, stockings, pantyhose, leggings, sleeves, and other support garments. Our products are designed for people managing swelling, varicose veins, tired or heavy legs, long hours of standing or sitting, travel, and recovery.
Our mission has never been to make the cheapest compression product possible. Cheap compression may feel tight, but that does not mean it provides the correct support, lasts long, or feels comfortable enough to wear daily.
Absolute Support was created to offer something better: reliable, premium-quality compression without the unnecessary premium-brand markups.

Many well-known compression brands sell excellent products, but often at prices that make regular use a financial burden. At the same time, the market is flooded with low-cost "support socks" that are made to look like compression wear, but lack the careful fit, durability, and true graduated support required for genuine relief.

While many of our core products are beautifully produced in the United States, certain styles—especially extra-large sizes, specialty constructions, or extended-size garments—require highly specialized manufacturing capabilities to maintain our strict standards for quality, consistency, and fair pricing.
No matter where an Absolute Support product is made, our standard remains exactly the same: reliable compression, durable construction, comfortable wear, and honest value.
