5'5" 180 lbs my measurements perfectly match 3x and these open toe compression tights fit well, compression feels great, waist is not to tight and I can wear them in comfort all day without overheating. However, they are about 12 inches too long. The heel is just past the end of my toes tips and that's the only reason I would not get another pair.

My legs are already bad. It hurts like hell to put the stockings on, but I know I have to deal with it. Once they're on it's OK. Already have stasis dermatitis. charlie horses, feet swelling.

When you went to unisex on these socks the result are socks that are now too short on the foot and in over all length
